Has anyone put the Trailmaster suspension systems on their 98+ Ranger? I don't think Trailmaster offers it anymore, but i found it on the internet... pretty much the same thing as RCD or what?

Apparently something with ball joints and yadda yadda... A lot of people prefer the Superlift to it. How much did you find it for?

It's not even close to the RCD, which is also out of production. RCD was a coil-over conversion that eliminates the torsion bars for better ground clearance.
Main difference between Trailmaster and Superlift is that the Trailmaster kit uses ball joint spacers and the Superlift kit gives you new knuckles instead. As such, the Trailmaster is not as strong but for street use and moderate off-roading, people have reported no problems with it.
