traans swap

i will be swaping a 85 5 speed manual and pulling out a a4ld in a 88 bronco 2. any idea wich trans is the 5 speed, any probs doing the swap ? any tips will be great, by the way they are both 4by4....... thanks

You will want a trans from 88 or newer ranger/b2/explorer (m5od), make sure you get the flywheel bolts as you may have to remove the flexplate spacer as the bolts may be a different length...

Just reread your post, that 85 trans should be the tk5...

oh good call....i skimmed the post
