Tow Hooks On A 2wd Possible?

Last night I saw a 2wd ranger edge with tow hooks. They looked like oem ford hooks. Would it be an easy thing to add? My truck does have torsion bar front suspension. Also, would I have to remove my front bumper to install the hooks?

Just dont put a 30 foot strap and go backwards at 40 mph to pull someone out or you will have no tow hooks and no bumber lol

What do you think a good price would be for a set from the salvage yard?

I have a junk yard about a mile from me full of rangers I can check there and see but it will later in the week or sat before I would have time
