Does anyone know how to crank up the torsion bars on a 1999 4x4 3.0 v6?

The guys in the suspension sections of the site would be a great help. I'd suggest you ask there. Not going to get the answers you want by posting a question about suspension components in the 3.0L v6 engine forum.
Lmao ya... I was gonna post a photo to show bolt but WTF ever photbucket mobile is being gay. The bolt is at the end if your torsion bar. If you can't figure which one you should not be working on anything. Just saying.
