Torsion bars conversion?

I have a 05 ranger edge model with the torsion bar setup and recent ally got a 2000 ranger 2wd with spring set up that has a camburg suspension kit on it upper spindle and lower is the a way I can convert is and throw those parts on my edge? Thank you in advance!

Looked around and it's been done, but not necessarily easy and looks like no one sells kits any more.
