Hey my brother in law's 2006 3.0 2wd recently had a close encounter of the of the curb kind, and apparently popped a bushing on his torsion bar. I wish I had more information, or pictures, but I'm just middle-manning for his Dad who asked for my advice. I have a 93' so no such torsion bar present, so I don't have any knowledge about them. Anyway I guess he romped a curb and got stuck on some grassy hill. Apparently the rim is toast, and from what I hear the bushing (not sure which one) is busted. Anyway I guess he had it quoted as a $300-350 repair, but its like $45 for the part (as usual), so he was just asking the degree of difficulty to repair.. Thoughts?
Much appreciated as always.

I'm just guessing.....but it looks like they allowed 3 to 4 hours for the repair.
