So i've been searching around on here and have read a lot but i still have some questions.
I'm looking at cranking the T-bars about 1.5-2" max on my 03 4x4. For those of you who have done this is the ride significantly stiffer? Is there any way to mitigate this with maybe softer off road shocks all around? Also, has anybody noticed any torsion bar excessive wear when its been cranked up for a while? I have 83,000 miles on my truck and my biggest concern is snapping a t-bar. I do a lot of highway driving and then trail riding on the weekends. I'm looking at cranking the t-bars for about 2" in the front and then maybe 1 or 2" blocks in the rear for an inexpensive lift option, considering its either body lift or $2000+ for a suspension. Any opinions on doing it this way? Probably gonna run 285s underneath once i do that. Thanks for any info/ help.
