Too "Interesting" Not to Post

Now are they asking $2500 as a sale price or are they offering $2500 to the person dumb enough to take it off their hands?

If they are offering $2500 to the person who takes it I will drive down there to get it.

Oh, race ya!

I've always wanted one of those finish me projects...even though I have one in my driveway...

Wife wants him to dump it, he don't want to. :icon_rofl:

Actually, I got to thinking last night after looking at that a bit longer, if you never admit to anyone that it started off as a Ranger, get it painted, the interior finished up, maybe a nice drop-top 1920's style, it could make an interesting looking one-off custom car.

Almost something similar to a Dodge Magnum in concept.

I still wouldn't pay $2500.

The front clip would have to go and whatever they used to fuse the bed to the cab will crack/break. One is mounted on rubber bushings and the other sits directly on the frame, it is going to end in disaster.

You can lift the bed and cab using hockey pucks to make it really interesting...and if you run into any posts you can blame the pucks...

I have pictures somewhere of my 88 with the back wall cut out and a tonneau cover...with a convertible top sitting on the tonneau and mated to the back of the cab...it was...interesting...but very cold in winter...and drew the attention of nice police officers who didn't know whether to laugh, ticket me, or leave me alone because I already had enough problems....:)

My minds telling me no, but my body, my body's telling me yes.

I do like the idea of a chop top wagon. Would be pretty cool minus the front clip.

doesn't that mean you're about to get screwed?

edit, that thing's not even worth the gas needed to start a fire.
