I think this might be the one I'm thinking of, that body kit and wing is all custom formed out of sheetmetal. I remember seeing a build page on it a couple years ago, AWESOME work, though it may not look that great.

The sad thing is that the car is probably worth more in stock form. It's bad enough that someone was stupid enough to bastardize a car like that but it's even worse if someone actually buys the thing because they like it.
