Did a quick google and not liking what I find (universal fit? I don't think so?) I'm going to keep looking but what kinds of bed covers do you guys use? rigid or not.

I have cap and it looks good on it but found it to be impractical for what I need. I plow with it(snow falls between the cap and cab and doesn't fall out on its own or with moderate thrashing with a broom handle:annoyed:) and have been putting stuff in the bed that is a pita with a cap, but I want to keep snow out of the bed for tools and stuff. I got a bedliner in there too, but would like some type of quick remove cover. It's a '92 regular(?6ft) bed. TIA.

Nice, that looks like it would work well. Thanks much.

I did an art project that I based on Peace through superior firepower about 3 weeks ago. Instead of a plane, I painted the circle barbed wire, and the sign on the insides are bullets. It turned out pretty sweet considering I suck at art.

As for the tonneau, I have a cheap tonneau from Extang. It's the snap type. It's alright if whatever I'm loading is small enough to be put in through the tailgate, but its a pain when I have to unsnap it and load from above. It was $180 regularly, but since My local auto parts store was going out of business, they were clearing inventory and I got it for $55.

Check local places that might be clearing inventory, thats the best deal around:icon_thumby:

Anything form extang will have you smiling, they defiantly make the best covers and the customer service is second to none. Go extang

I have a Tonneau Masters hinged cover and love it. For larger items I can pop the top up, or if need be, take out the 4 screws holding the gas struts/lifts and roll it up, quite handy.
