If you don't have time to do it right will you have time to do it over?
My son sent me this video and I thought I'd share it. I'll still use the wire wheel on my bench grinder for most bolts but this would save time on weird shaped parts.
 
It also works really well for cleaning scale off of your shower.

could you spray it in cab corners?
It needs to stay liquid to work and contact all surfaces. Maybe if you soak paper towel or sponges... But I don't think it'll work all that great. Try it and report back.
