So, I went to go change the armrest in my Ranger today, it's cracked and it sags down so I bought a new one to replace it. So, I began taking the console apart, every piece, lol, and when I still couldn't reach the bolts for the armrest I was so confused. And then, my dad points out that there's these 2 little caps that you take off to get to the armrest bolts. An hours work for a 10 minute job, arghhh! Lol but I did learn that my sub woofer is inside the console, fun learning experience at least! Here's some pics.
Screwdriver + Socket + Gorilla Tape, Had to get down in the cupholder. Lol
Got the top part off..
Got the sub woofer off..
This was all I had to do! RUGHGHGH
Is it just me, or does anyone else get this feeling, when you put it back together is just doesn't feel the same...? Maybe I'm just crazy.. There's these small little pieces that just don't fit like they used too...
