Yesterday, the high was reported at 31 degrees and went down to 12 degrees. Today, the high was 25 degrees and the forecasted low is 1 degree.

PA winter. It is what it is. It could be worse. I remember us getting a lot more snow in the 1970s. Of course, I was a lot smaller then, so snow depth may be relative...

I remember one year, late 70's we got around 18-24 inches on Easter in Harrisburg. Couldn't go to Grandma's (Hazleton) for Easter dinner.

we definitely had more snow back in the day, snow ground cover by thanksgiving and it stayed until late march or later. snow days? ha! might of got a couple days off for the blizzard if 77/78 but that was about it. now they will cancel over a heavy frost. Theres times where there’s more salt on the roads then snow, and things certainly rust worse.

I've been to the equator. It was salty there, too. And very, very wet at the part I visited.

cold today, about 20 but got it up to 50 in the garage, alternator / belt / tentioner on the hhr along with new inner fender liners that never got replaced after rolling it in a field a couple years ago. supposed to snow tomorrow- we will see.

got a little snow today, not enough to really warrant doing this but what the hell, been wanting to try it out. Works pretty good even though blade had been bent up a little by a previous owner with too big a tractor.

My girl said they got like 6” so far and the roads are bad. Roads are terrible here, nothing has been touched and we are somewhere north of 3” so far. Would like to wait till it’s done to shovel, but I’m probably gonna go out in a bit and get at it because I don’t really want to do it in the dark

Temps back to 50 and overcast here. No one is doing anything outside. It looks like an abandoned city
