how much tranny oil and what kind goes in the tk-4 speed froma 84 ford ranger 4wd?

and how to put it in lol ive never done it before im replacing my clutch right now and all the oil spilled out the speedo hole and shifter hole

should take 80w-90 and you fill it though the fill plug till oil comes out- same goes for the transfer case but the t-case takes atf, dex mercon III is what i use.

Yep, just like Beaterman said. 80-90w is what those TK transmissions take.


Oh, and make sure your driveshaft and speedo cable are installed before you pour it all in. There's a filler hole on the side that you remove to know when you're at the right fluid level.
