Tires?

33 x 12.5's on 6" wheels.

Later I got 7" wheels.

I've got the STT on my Explorer and they suck in the snow, I've found myself sliding through quite a few intersections even with the ABS.

You can't be serious, mine damn near stopped on ice. W/O ABS. I didn't even need weight in my bed. Also with them I took my first snow/ice wheelin trip that resulted in no body damage.

I did ask what size is the biggest i can fit on my truck with a 3" bl and a torsion crank... Still no answer. I agree with yellow, my STTs don't like to stop at all on snow/ice.

54'' Boggers. 66'' monster truck tires would be a little tight, probably rub the mirrors a little...

I'm gonna say 33's for sure (no rubbing), 35's maybe (with a little rubbing).

you can fit 33's

i would run either 33x10.5 or 32x11.5 on a 7" rim. Get 15x8's and run 33x12.5

You could clear 33's quite nicely but on a 7" wide rim you don't really want anything wider than 10.5, maybe 11.5 but I have heard of people running a 12.5 on a 7" you just get more sidewall roll and it might be harder to keep them wearing evenly that way.

I'm gonna say 33's for sure (no rubbing), 35's maybe (with a little rubbing).

Thanks, finally someone answers my question.

That was the 4th time someone said you could run 33's. I would go 33's tops.
