Tire Questions? & Noise!!!

First off after a fun mudding i know have a winning noise when it idles, i am not a mechanic but it sounds familiar to a losse belt but high in pitch and it is a up and down pitch noise and i think it does it through all gears, not sure cause it has been windy here so not 100% sure yet.

My next question is i am looking at buying new tires. i have Goodyear Wrangler RT/S P245/75R16 tires. I want to do some mudding on the weekend but my truck is my only vehicle right now so it needs to do highway travel at about 70-80 mph. I have done a light research and people keep saying mud terrain tires wear fast on highway, but the all terrains do well on the highway and are good at mudding, especially the BFGoodrich A/T tires but i am not sure yet & i want to see if i can get the best tires for A/T and the wides tire for best traction and if it is best to stick with 16" tires i have now or go bigger but not to big that i have to get a lift kit and that they do not mess up braking, ABS or damage anying else due to a wider or heavier tire. Also is it worth getting lockers or anything else of the nature for my truck.

Please! Help! it would be most appreciated and detailed Please i am not mechanically inclined for trucks, YET!!!

They cake up and don't discharge the mud, it's like 4 black slick chocolate covered donuts on your truck.

That being said Bfg AT'S are great at MOST other conditions EXCEPT mud.

i just got some tempra trail cutters in a 285/75/16 they seem to be just fine on my truck but its got a 3 inch body lift
