I'm just curious as to what PSI I should put in my 31's for driving on the street and what you guys run when you go wheelin'.

i am running around 50 psi while on the street to try to save my gas mileage.

That is WAY too much pressure. The door sticker probably says 30 psi. I run 35 psi in my 31's. As for wheeling.. I don't usually air down, but then I've never done anything more than logging roads really.

I'm currently running 38 psi, I was thinking about 35 psi also but I was curious as to what everyone else was running on the street.

my tires say on them that they can run up to 65 psi. i thought that was high so i went with 50. they are super swampers. so are you saying i should lower the pressure. i was not really sure so thats what i went with.

that is for seating the rim. Maximum pressure. IMO 50psi is going to balloon out the center and prematurley wear them out. noone likes to be premature ;)

I always keep them between 32 and 35. Usually 35 in the front and 32 in the rear. Did that on my 31's, 35's and 36's with no problems with tire wear.

General wheeling (rocks, trails) I air my 36's down to 15 -20 usually. In the snow I run em as low as 8psi.

Thanks for the tips guys! I'm gunna air down to 35 then for street use.

I run about 32-34 on the street and in the dirt drop it down to 15-20

I run 32 psi in my TSL's and they seem to be wearing evenly.

10 psi .... truck isnt street legal but if I had beadlocks it would be lower.
