What is the best tire pressure for sand ?

Front, rear, 2X4, 4X4, and tire type/size should require a different psi, right?

33X12.5 Mickey Thompson Baja Claws on 15X7 rims 2 wheel drive slow to maybe 40mph is what Im runnin'-

5psi rear, 15-20psi front?

In your opinion whats gonna get me up some sand hills, my trucks 2 wheel drive and has an open diff at the moment unfortunately.

Would low pressure in the front slow me down? Should I just run 3 pounds all the way around and see what happens? Thanks and Cheers.

3 PSI and no beadlock. On rims that aren't beadlocks I wouldn't run much past 10-15 PSI per tire.

The guys that drag race on the beach here run directionals backwards. Hopefully that makes sense. They don't dig at all.

^^^ Makes sense to me.....the treads are pulling the sand into the tire path instead of pushing it apart/out.
