time for the engine swap need help

well My 1993 ranger with 330,000 original miles is ready for a v-8 conversion now I also have a 2000 mustang gt that I am thinking of putting a 4 valve conversion in so if I do that how hard would it be to convert the drivetrain out of the mustgang into the ranger. Detail 1993 ranger with a 4 cylinder engine and manual trans and it is the flareside ranger or slpash model and the mustang is a 2000 gt with a automatic trans putting down about 330 to the rear wheels has cams and bolt ons. Otherwise if this swap is difficult what is a easy swap. thanks and all info is greatly apreciated thanks all

Easiest swap would be a 5.0. The 4.6 has been swapped into the pre-'98 Rangers a couple times, but it's not easy.
