Time for a new radiator? Pictures included...

I did some searches regarding the radiator and would just like some second opinions on what to do (replace or repare). I've included some pictures from under the right side of the radiator where the leak is occurring (inside the red circle). I checked around the radiator and could not find any other leaks. The leak is occurring while the car is moving and while parked. Also, the leaked fluid looks clear. Thanks.

Looking at the bottom pic it looks like a bad core, since it is wet between the shroud and rad. But it's hard to give you THE answer when your thousands of miles away.
 
yes that is most likely a radiator replacement.. i assume you can see it drip out
