Throttle body replacement

Who sells a OEM throttle body? I have been looking for 1986 2.9L and I cannot find any. The linkage is worn, it is no longer smooth. The spring return sticks slightly.

I don't know of any. I even checked Rockauto for you.

Your best bet is a junkyard. It's getting harder and harder to find any decent parts for our old 2.9's anymore.

Thanks, that was the only thing I thought of also. I thought somebody might know of someone who could rebuild it, new spring and adjustment. Not like getting a carb kit.

Try in the "parts wanted" section. Junk yards. Ebay. 88-92 are mostly interchangeable, they are a little smaller in bore, but would work fine.
