iam doing a oil filter relocation, buddy from work races a 73 comet.He used canton oil filer relocation on the car.the engine started as a 351.
the adapter is 90 degree,and can be installed in any position,my question is on a 81 t bird 302, what is the thread on the filter?

Same filter threads for all 302's from 1968 to 1997. The later Explorer/Mountaineer used a filter adapter with a metric threaded FL820S
