This thing is stuck

I’ve tried everything I twisted it so hard the filter broke I’ve tried cutting it I’ve tried everything I can think of but nothing will get it off and it’s the last thing I need on my engine does anyone have any ideas of how to get this off?

I would carefully clamp it in a vise...

Propane torch to warm what's left of the filter...

Hammer and chisel in the direction of removal...

Pray a little...

I'm sure you want this off yesterday. If you have the time:
• soak it in penetration oil
• carefully cut it free
• try tightening it a little to get some movement (with a strap or chain wrench)
• use those center holes to drive it with a drift punch and hammer (while being held in the vice)
