That little bit of damage isnt a reason to get rid of the truck. Just shows you use it.

1. i see what you guys mean.
2. the fuel situation is STILL NOT FIXED
3. im getting bull sh!t from people saying that i shouldnt wheel my truck, its too clean, or cuz its a 2WD.
4. i cant afford my truck anymore as it is, i make 8.05/hr at a food store, working 3 days a week so thats 80 bucks, 20 bucks goes towards payment, 40 goes to gas so i have 20 bucks to last me a whole dam week. and i cant get a new job cuz of the economy
and i still owe $5,000.00 to pay it off

sooo: about people talking sht cuz u dont go or go off roading: leave em talk shit, they wont fix it if u damage it. take your time, keep it chill, people will always talk, u will never please all. the only important is that ure pleased with your truck.
if u get a crown vic, its gonna be the same story, if u burn the tires theyre gonna take it from u too(your parents)
like i said keep it chill, take your time, when u get a better job buy it from them and then... u can do WTf u want with it:headbang:
and nobody will tell u what or what not to do
driving it like a normal person isnt that hard, u gotta give something too
u can always go out and play a bit in the dirt and the clean it up before u get home
just dont go too hardcore for breaking stuff, cuz that isnt what off roading-wheeling-trail ridding is meant for. i know guys that enjoy their rides and dont break stuff
ive done it and the worst ive got is a muddy truck.

i just need to blow some stress off, time to play modern warfare 2 and get 5 nukes in one night...thank you for the encouragement, ill think about it still and get back to you tomorrow

you have no idea how many times my mom threatened to sell my trucks , she threatened to sell the 96 4 times , the 2000 3 times and this one 2 times so far , i just keep on doing what i do , and she has given up threatening , hell my red truck has some scratches , a dent or 2 , and the blue one is missing chunks out of the bedside

they want it to look like a show truck, i didnt want the diamond plate box, the bed rails or the handles on there, they did...

if i was in your shoes i would take that stuff off and tell my parents ' listen , i bought this truck for me to drive , not for you to put shit on and tell me what i can do with it and when , if you want to have a truck to put stuff on and drive how you want , then either take over the payments on this or buy your own , do not tell me how my truck should look , and what i can or cant do with it '

but , that is just me , there were many times my mom got pissed at me for doing what i did with my trucks when i was still making payments , i told her that o well , if i break it i fix it , it is my truck , i make the payments , and if you dont like it , then you can make the payments and drive it ( i knew she wouldnt , she likes her sable's and grand am's too much )

:agree:
my mom stopped getting mad cuz i spent on the ranger and mess with stuff that is ok just cuz i want something better

You're 17, listen to your parents or suffer the consequences...it may suck but we've all been there.

i had the 96 when i was 16 , and i never listened to mom then with it , and i broke shit , and i paid out of pocket to fix it , and i paid for the truck too , all i am getting at is the fact that he makes the payments , not them , the only reason that the title is in their name is because i believe it is illegal for someone under 18 to register a vehicle , i mean , if they had given him the truck as a gift and they paid for it , that is one thing , but he is paying for it , it is his , not theirs to dictate what he can and can't do

Why would they put bed rails on there? They serve absolutely NO purpose...

If you are making payments on it, take the shit off and tell them its your truck...

All I'm saying is without them he wouldn't have the truck, or a place to live. Even if hes making the payments it doesn't sound like hes paying the insurance. I'm not trying to be a d!ck or anything I've met Scott and hes a nice kid. In a year or two I'm sure things will change but at his age his parents are still in charge.
