Thinking about a ranger build

I have a 98 ranger 4x4 super cab stepside 3.0 5spd
still have stock axles with stock gears.

donor vehicle 1968 ford F100 ( first truck) unfortunatly the body is too far gone to help ( hence that is why I got my other 68

any who what entales is a sas with the fullsize axles from the 68 dana 44 front ( I think) and ford 9 inch rear ( I know) 4:10 gears with a rear locker.

power plant/transfercase is a ho 5.0 out of a 91 f250 4x4 not sure what the transfercase is my guess is a np 205 but I'm probably wrong.

Ford Mud truck/ trail truck but I still want it street legal. any thoughts?
