Since most do not go into the forced induction forum I'll post a few pictures of my 4.0L turbo project.

very cool! ive seen a few posts of your build an you have just inspired me to turbo the 4 liter i just put in my 96 splash..

great looking ride. no intercooler? how must boost?

Intercooler isn't going to do much when only crawling at 5 Mph. And if I get the truck muddy from time to time a plugged intercooler is useless.

I'm only going to be running 5-6 PSI.

I've got to get some more things done for the added injectors so that I can get it out and tune it.:icon_thumby:

you animal ewe

:icon_thumby: its perfect in my eyes dooood

Do you still have a heater box in that thing? I just smoked a left-hander and can't tell.:icon_twisted:

you are truly an artist CopyKat,

I realize it isent BUT you seem to do projects that are "uncommon" by any standards.
Uncommon, But VERY cool.

Thanks but I have always liked things out of the ordinary. I also like to mod my truck so that it's different. I hate it when someone tells me they have seen my truck in X part of the city. I then tell them I was not in the city that day, or my trucks been parked in my garage for the past 4 months.

I can't stand having a cookie cutter rig. Not that there is anything wrong with it. I just don't want mine to be one.

The blasted coolant leak has returned and I'm super pissed about it. I need to borrow an inspection mirror from a buddy. Then I should be able to track the leak down and know what needs to be done. I inspected the heads before I put the engine back together, and even checked for warpage. I didn't inspect the block 100% and I'm kicken myself for not pressure testing the engine before it went back into the truck.

More to come.
