What front axle is that?

The ole 35ttb. Everyone says its gonna break. Nawp. Still going. I run the long side shaft unlocked in the snow and on the trails. If I am going through a hole I lock em both in a have true 4wd.

BTW I do not rockcrawl or get stupid with my trucks. I can hear the peanut section now "38's and a 35 ttb, thats gonna blow." Its been setup like this for a year. I trail ride mostly, haul firewood, and bog it a bit. If a person has some sense to them and driving skill nothing will break. I am not a full throttle, hit a hole at 40 mph kind of guy. The only adverse effect of the lincoln lockers is very accelerated Bogger wear.

Looks good. How well does the 4.0 push 38s w/ 4.56s?

It will spin em on pavement. Although it is not exactly "stock".

It is a perfect gear setup. The truck was factory 3.73 with 30" tires. If all the numbers are punched in it comes out to near a 4.60 for stock performace. So until I worked on the motor it felt the same as stock.

Sense and driving skill makes parts last along time i agree,I ran 39tsl's for years on my 35 for years and had no problems, are you running the 38x11.00 boggers on a 10" rim? thinking of doing the same ,great looking trucks
