8-12" of snow? Around here we'd be closed for a week with just the 4". I'm officially jealous, I want snow. Most we've gotten is 1/2" - 1" of snow/sleet accumulation and work was closed for two days due to that.

Guess that settles it. If my leave around president's day gets approved I'll be talking a 5 day vacation to go skiing.Haven't been in at least 4 years. Only part that'll suck is having to drive there on my own.

First snow of the year here was a half inch and there was a 40 car pileup. Have fun on the slopes, mate!

Luckily the snow has been melting here. We got 2-3 inches yesterday morning, and most of it had melted by night; it's been staying in the 40's during the day. It gave me a good excuse to run my snow blower again though =).

klean strip also make a paint striper both in spray can and metal pour top cans. i found that the spray can works the best for stuff like that then after the most of the paint is gone u can clean it really good it will sand off easy.
