I've got a similar idea in mind... I want to incorporate tube from the rear bumper to the slider, and when the front gets built, from it to the slider and use it like a flare. Already got hassled for tire stick-out. I hate flares but might as well make 'em functional!

thats what i would do if i had to deal with flares...luckily i dont

my front "fender" bar will be like that, from the front bumper to the slider
