The Righ Transmission fluid..?

Been researching how to change my transmission oil. Pretty simple for anyone who can turn a wrench. Anyway, went to the local parts store to buy some transmission fluid. I know my 2011 4.0l 4x4 takes Mercon V. Never, bothered to double check what they gave me. They gave me another version of Mercon, but the LV version. Wanted to know if this was compatible, or if i should return it. I've tried looking but to no avail.

DO NOT put LV in a trans that calls for Merc V. They are NOT compatible and it WILL cause transmission damage if you have an auto.

LV is much thinner than Merc V, and it will not give you the protection you need.
