So about 4 years go to the day I started pulling the 3.0 out of my truck to put a 5.0 from a 1990 mustang, needless to say I am close but still not done. For now I will post a few details about the truck and will get into it more later.
The truck:
1997 Ranger originally 3.0 5spd 134,000 km
3 inch drop with dream beams
American Racing Phantom 18s
The donor car:
1990 mustang 5.0 5spd with 173,000km
As of now I believe all the mechanical parts to get the engine running are all done there is only a couple wiring issues left to do. I will get some more pics and details of the swap later, I just wanted to get a thread started.
