Now I've gone an done it.... Saw a gun for sale that I liked and told the guy that it was just what I had wanted to get for awhile....


Now he's started calling me and he wants to get rid of the gun....

Only problem is, my 'rents don't agree, and they intercepted the message he left for me on the recorder....


He's offering a decent deal on it, never fired Browning Stainless Stalker... and to think all I did was tell him that I wanted a gun like his...

Dunno what to do... 'rents are suspicious now...

Thats the going story on every firearm forum, that all firearms people have are tragically lost in boating accidents.

Yeah, I've gone ahead and told myself, I'm going to buy one, and thats that. They can gripe all they want, but its a fact, and thats the way its going to be. I need to buy one before obama decides to put some lame ass law out there banning them again like clinton did...

no pics but i have a Winchester 1200 12ga. does anyone know where i can get a shorter barrel for it, or a spare to shorten? 28" barrel sucks if you aren't bird hunting

It appears, at least from here, that a new 18.5" barrel would run you about 3/4 the price of a new Remington 870 or Mossy 500... so honestly, I'd just buy a second gun...
