I cant go to any of those pages! Bullshit!
Lol! They were all in the Tailgate (formerly known as the Garage) section.... Go up to the top of the page and click on 'User CP.' Then it should be in the lefthand menu under 'Miscellaneous', then 'User Groups'. Tailgate is the one you're lookin for.
