the dreaded "lsx" swap

I am wanting more information, pictures, etc of a 4.8/5.3 swap in a second gen (1990) ranger 2wd. I am no newb to engines, or swaps, I just have only found the newer body rangers with these swaps. Any links, threads, or information is MUCH appreciated!

You make it work just like any other V8 swap. Order some engine mounts and adapt to fit our frame. Make the tunnel work with what ever tranny you decide. Modify heater box. All pretty straight forward. Gonna need a H3 oil pan or similar I would imagine. Pretty sure a guy on LS1tech did this swap and has some info. I might do a 4.8 someday. In a ford cause I don't want a chevy frame unless its a 67 to 72 nova, or a 68 firebird.
