The Aluminium Falcon

I have a friend that installed the irs out of a 2019 mustang into his 2000. Said it practically just bolted right on.

I know the unibody of a new edge mustang is very similar as a fox body. Looks like they haven’t changed the unibody on the mustang much since the 80’s.

Unibody has changed drastically.

2005 was a clean slate, 2015 was a clean slate also.

A friend of mine just irs swapped his '98 cobra, it was pretty much bolt in. His donar was a later cobra.

If it fits it ships right?

For the first time in 17 years I can't say that I have a 2002 F-150 anymore...

Build one out of Legos.

Congrats on selling it.

I left the stickers off, a black hood piece is proving elusive to turn up though.

Did you leave a stalker note? "Take care of my baby!" would be a good one. very open to interpretation.

He is the manager of kfc/taco bell, kid still freaks out "that's your truck!" when we go by and he is working. If he isn't working it's "where your truck go?"... On repeat.

the only “former” truck of mine ive ever seen was my ‘88 ranger, saw it a couple of years after I had traded it in, they kept it the same with everything on it I left (cap/wheels/grille guard/visor) and it even had the extra winter wheels still in the back. Every time I see a cayman green supercab I look to see if it was my old ‘93. I suppose I could run a vin check through carfaux if I really wanted to know if it was still on the road. Im surprised the 94 I have now is still going strong. For a $700 truck I peiced together its still holding its own, I wasnt sure it would last a year and its been 5 now.

First big mod!

Dunno if I am getting old or because it has been what feels like an excessive amount of time since I worked on anything for fun but I feel overly excited about a bedliner.

Factory Ford for $75... sure. Stuff seems to like to rattle in the aluminum bed, it should help.
