Thanks for the pics man. Dont think the crossmember would clear the front driveshaft with the doubler I am doing so I will probably jsut have to build one.

Duff sent me a email back and they said they have no ETA for the shock hoops and track bar bracket. Really wish I could get both of those also. Would make things a lot easier.

Did you have to drill all new hole for the radius arm mounts or did any of the holes line up with and factory holes?

See if you can talk Duff into some more testers for the hoops and track bar bracket. lol

The tranny x-member was built because I trashed mine when we done the TTB lift. If you have your factory x-member, it will work. For your doubler you would need one that bumped up to go over the driveshaft.

I'm not digging the hoops. They work and all but I don't think they look right. May have to come up with something else for those. I want to go to a longer shock anyway so I'll need something to go into the engine compartment.

Yeah had to drill new holes. We reused the brackets from the TTB lift and just moved them back like 8". Also moved the skidplate to the topside of the frame.

Where you at? They are always looking for testers.

I am in Charlotte, NC. Couple hours away. Would love to do some testing for them.

Whenever you do new shock mounts and you/duff wants to sell you current ones I would be interested in them.

Big brown truck dropped something off for me today.......

Pics. tomorrow

Yeah, I know.

Gonna be worth the wait though.

......so since I had the new coil buckets that would take either RBV coils or the much softer EB coils, I swapped coils.

Made these lower coil retainers to bolt on to the TTB.

what did you use to make these with??

what did you use to make these with??

I used the HD lower coil retainers from Duff and welded up the holes in them. I then punched one 3/4" hole in the center. For the "foot" I used 2" .188 wall tubing that was 1 1/2" long, then welded a large washer on the base. Not shown in that pic is the gussets I added later on. I put 4 triangle gussets at the 12, 3, 6, & 9 o'clock positions for more stability. If you look at some of the pics. with them mounted you can see the gussets.

They worked great and I will be making another set of them for my next TTB project. I sold that set when I done the SAS.

Had a fun ride this weekend at Windrock. The local radio station 94.3 the X and Ritchie Powersports was up there. We took a ride to the Windmills with the group.

Here we are at one of the piss stops.

Had a great time. They will be back for the Fall Rally and hopefully we can all get together for another ride!

Progress pics. for today. I had some free time so I drug out the old winch bumper I had tacked together. Done some tweaking on it and made some frame mounts. Will have it finished up tomorrow.

Had to borrow a Ex to test fit cuz I was in my Jeep.

Nice recess for the winch to sit low.

Overall, a good fit. Clean lines and low profile. All 3/16 or 1/4 plate. Sandwich, double shear type frame mounts.

More pics. tomorrow.........
