Have you had a look here:
http://www.therangerstation.com/tech_library/radio_wiring_diagrams.html

"1994 Ranger Premium Radio Wiring Diagram" is there

Is your "new deck" a 4 channel model or just stereo?
Does it already have an internal amp?

The factory radio has 4 channels of "line level" audio coming out that is feed to the 4 channel amp, which powers the speakers.

Line level signals are like the red/white RCA audio jacks on cable boxes that you run to the red/white RCA jacks on an amplifier.

Speaker level is what comes out of the amp, or maybe your "new deck" if it has an internal amp??

Speaker level will not work as an input to another amp, well not without some changes.

What is a model number of the "new deck"?

Rond has got this down pat. Already asked all the questions I was going to ask. But why only the front speakers

I used the diagram to figur . Which whires were for what speaker, im just hopping you guys know what kind of eliminator harness to. Use, my new radio is
A 50x4, (200wat max) boss 612ua

boss 612ua

That could be your problem :)

Go back over the wire diagrams, the high power outputs of the new deck should travel to the speakers and bypass the amp, or if you want to use the amp the rca should splice in to the low power input signals on the amp.

+1 ^^

That boss 612ua has an internal 4 channel 200watt amplifier, so you will not use the Ranger amplifier with it.

Out of the boss 612ua, directly to the speakers per Manuals diagram.

The RCA(line level) outputs on the boss 612ua are for stereo, 2 channels, not 4 channels, so you would lose Fader control if you used them.
They could be used for a powered sub-woofer, I imagine that is the reason why they are there.

Im in the process of doing this in my 96. I bought a short jumper harness that bypasses the amp. Just pull the 2 plugs out of the amp and plug them into the jumper harness and its like the amp was never there. Now you have a straight path to the speakers from the speaker harness in the dash. Just get a dash harness to wire into your aftermarket head unit and youll be all set, no cutting or splicing the stock wires. Of course this can be done by cutting the plugs to the amp and splicing the corresponding wires together too. Then you will need the diagram as the colors are not the same going in and out of the amp. The harness adapters are cheap and leave you the option of putting it all back to stock if you sell the truck. The jumper that fit my amp is the SCOSCHE FD15B. There are a few but this one had the ends that looked like my plugs.

Mine has the square one on the one end. This one has a flatter smaller one.

this link has a better angle of the plugs

They also sell a long harness that goes from your new radio and plugs into the output cable from the amp directly to the speakers. You still need the adapter for the dash plugs at the radio. Its an expensive harness at $35 and its a pain to run under the carpet. But it is available.
