I just got into the ranger seen I have had a diesel for a couple of years only bought it to use in the yard and around the farm but with the cost of fuel and my current vehicle an 03 f250 and a 75 mile round trip to work I was forced to down size so I got an 86 4cyl 4x4 ranger and love it I just put a 4" lift on it as well as rebuilt the front end and this site has been very helpful so I wanted to take the time to say thanks to everyone that contributes to this site.

Well welcome and yes this is a very helpful site. Lots of info for whatever you want to do with a Ranger. I've had six in the last 20 years and keep getting another one. Got two right now, one for the Winter and one for the Summer, each totally different. Just jump in and join the fun.

I would kill for a lift. every year when I go to barret-jackson they have the lifts the for like 3500 and I always come home trying to talk the wife into buying a new house with a shop for a lift. maybe this year (doutful)

I’ll get some more pics Wednesday I have a meting tomorrow . I just got back from having it aligned and all is good she rides like a champ I am very happy with it the only complaint is that I bought the lift kit from jcwhitney and paid to much I could have gotten it through rough country cheaper but I guess that is my fault for not doing my research and the garage is mine in a since my neighbor owns it but he splits his time between wildwood NJ where he owns a motel and Florida
