There's a big event coming up (check sig) and my bro said I could use his tires for it. They're 33x14.50 SSR's on 15x12 Eagle Alloys. I flexed it out and checked for clearance. I haven't cut the OL leaf on the chevy leaf packs yet, and I think I'll wait till after the event to do so. I can't afford to have my fenders eat these tires. Sorry for the bad phone pics, can't find my digi cam.

This was at 36", I wasn't lifting a tire yet but I didn't trust myself to go any higher, this ol loader isn't the smoothest.

Nice truck you got there... what lift you got on it? It seems to flex pretty well.

Looking good, how well do they turn? They're so wide, they look like they'd rub at or before full lock.

Thanks guys

NorCal- I couldn't tell you what the net lift is now. I had a 5.5" front 3" rear Superlift kit when I first lifted it. I then added the belltech shackles in the rear and I think 1.5" of washers under my front coils. Re-aligned it with adjustable bushings. Now I've still got the same setup in the front, but I've replaced my 3" lift block in the rear with a set of 63" chevy springs. All together I'd say I'm ~6-7" lift in the front and 4-5" lift in the rear.

John - They're on 15x12 rims with (I think) 3.75" backspacing, which is the same BS as my rims. They're pretty close to my front bumper, but I think it'll be alright. I'd have to hit a bump just right to push the tire into it. I've still got the factory roll on the bumper so if it does hit, it won't do much. We'll see, it'll be fun finding out.

Looks good. Those are some wide tires. Should do pretty good at the bog. I hope I get to see you there.

I plan on being there all day, I'm sure I'll see ya around.

Hey I read that you were planning on cutting the OL leaf in the chevy pack. I was considering just swapping the Ranger stock OL leaf.

So what I am wondering is why are you cutting versus swapping?

I'm not interested in payload capacity, so I have no need for an uber stiff OL leaf, whether it be from my chevy pack or my ranger pack. Cutting it should gain me a noticable amount of flex, we'll see when I do it. I know CheapThrills did it and his BII flexes like crazy.

nice truck bro
