i couldnt find anything in my ranger book, or in the tech library, what does TC mean on the tag of the inner door? really stuck here, cant find anything, does anyone know somewhere that has complete identification list of specs on that tag? would really help me out!!

ok, sorry i mustve missed that one... what is the heaviest "Letter" they put in rangers of this generation? is c the heaviest? or is d? thanks for the help

T would mean truck and C would mean 4001 to 5000 Lbs GVRW

Amazing what a little search will do for you. Merry Christmas.

This has nothing to do with the spring codes on the door sticker. That is ONLY for decoding the VIN.

"T" is front spring rating, "C" is the rear spring rating. I cant be 100% sure on the Ranger codes, but on Explorer codes "A" is the stiffest, "B" is a little softer, etc. I would assume the Ranger follows the same pattern.

ok... well alphabetically "T" must be pretty soft!! lol any word on what the heaviest rear springs are in these? D seems pretty high
