!!!!!!!!!Tansmission leaking bad!!!!!!!!!!

my transmission stoped working why i do not know but heres the storry i was driving it after it sat for more than a year to get new tires put on i noticed it was leaking at the tire shop wasnt that bad it had stoped leaking i got on the highway an it started leaking bad then it started smoking then it just stopped on me the motor well run but when i put it in drive it well not move i disparetly need help i have to have this truck moving by tomarrow afternoon

sounds to me like you better put in a new transmission into your truck.

no JY's around you? no trans shops? can't do transmission work yourself?

don't be scared of a transmission. its not that bad. i learned to rebuild an a4ld at the age of like 12.

well i took a loook at it an found that all i had was a bad seal an that all i need to do is replace it

if it started smoking and died on you its beyond just changing a seal

Sounds like the pump or torque converter seal went out on you, dumping fluid onto the hot exhaust.

yes thats wat it has been doing but as long as i keep transmission flluid in it it runs just fine an ive been driving it an it doesnt seem to leak no were near as bad
