Sorry i asked! Jeez, Give me a break. I'm not looking for a big ugly thing
hanging of the back of my truck. I seen one on a S10 and thought it
looked good. Just for looks not downforce. I don't think with a 3.0 i'm
going to burn up the road.

I'd save that 2-3 hundred bucks and start thinkin about engine work to make it warrent a wing.

take a look at the tailgates of newer trucks, they have small "wings" incorporated into them. so there must be some, even if small, benefit to them.

i like the lower profile "wing" thats like an extension of the end of the tailgate. doesn't the ranger "thunderbolt" have one? not a fan of the ones that rise up like a park bench though.

That has to do with how the air swirls behind the tailgate, the new F-150 has them and others have had them for awhile. Not really a spoiler, they just help the air swirl smoother behind the truck and helps with milage.

Dodge had some neat spoilers on their trucks a year or two ago. They called it a "Daytona" package.
