i have checked the fuses and everything and still dont work and button behind the pedel seems to be fine any ideas

Check the multi-function switch which is your turn signal, hazzard and brights. It may be unplugged or bad. You will need to remove the plastic from steering column.

Re check your fuses. I had this happen on my 93. Checked all fuses, replaced multi-switch on the column and replaced all bulbs as well with the trailer lighting harness. I said phuck it and dropped it off at a shop. $40 later, they replaced a fuse and it all worked. I messed with this issue for probably 2 months and felt like an idiot when I found out it was a fuse.

It is basically worth replacing every fuse the truck has.....Yes.....I felt like a retard when I found out it was just a fuse. I hope you dont have to feel the same way. Live and learn  Funny thing is they just pulled the fuse for the horn to put it where the tail light fuse was. So I got it back and realized the horn didn't work...

replace both of your flashers. It is located where all the fuses are and That is what my issue was. You could replace all the fuses and still not get any results. I tried that once and didn't help a bit. I looked it up and I had to replace both of my flashers. Once I got it replaced, solved the problem immediately.

I will check all the fuses again and I'm ma check my multi function switch and I'll let u guys know if it works thanks guys

Do you have a light tester?

The best way to find issues like these with electrical systems is to use a light tester and find where you are losing power. At the fuse, the switch, the bulb, etc.

I checked the fuses they are good check the wires they are good gonna replace bulbs and see what happens

Is it just the back turn signals or all of them? Check to see if yours has the trailer wiring adapter( Plugs inline with the regular tail light wiring). Mine was bad in my 93. I lost All back lights( Except plates). I just removed it and have not had a problem since.

Sounds like a ground issue. Did you bother checking things with an ohm meter to see if you have continuity to ground? 12 volts to the tail lights when the light switch is in park position? If you don't actually troubleshoot the circuits you will never fond the problem.
