correct...... just snaps in, and 2 screws by the ashtray

thanks that'll be helpfull when i decide to go after those pesky gage lights or install one of those light plates. im not realy sure which im gona go for yet but im sick of seeing all of my gages but my tach lit up at night. So im guessing that panel looks pretty good now instead of the dull stock black grayish like you described
