T5 Tansmission straight cut gear whine video

My t5 transmission seems to make a whining noise that is quite loud. I realize straight cut gears do make some noise but mine is pretty loud.
Makes noise in 1st 2nd 3rd 5th and Reverse.
If it is normal it seems like it would make the noise in 4th..

The T5 doesn't have straight cut gears. They are Helical cut. Chances are you have a counter shaft bearing bad. 4th gear does not use the counter shaft thus you don't hear the noise.
