I have a 87 man t-case with the small u-joints and want the bigger one. I have elec t-case my ? Is are the splines the same Can I just pull my flange off and put the other one on mine Thank u

Yes, the flanges will swap between a 13-50 elec and manual. The flange off a 13-54 will also fit.
