T-5 clutch disengagement?

Does the piece the cable would usually connect to move towards the front of the vehicle or back to disengage the clutch?

To the rear to engage.

It depends on what the t-5 is out of. The 5.0 the cable moves the clutch fork forward to disengage the clutch. The 2.3 had a second cable that was an inch long to make the cable pull the fork to the back of the car.

Its a 5.0 t-5, thank you. My slave setup should work then

Might have to re-drill the rear hole to align it better

I think I would consider a 1" standoff block to get the line-up better.
