I just bought this truck with 27,000 on it, and am wondering if it would be best in the long run to swap the transfer case to a full synthetic oil? Do transfer cases prefer synthetics in general?

thanks!

I run synthetic in all my gear boxes. synthetic oils are excellent for controlling heat and stand up better to the high pressures inside a gearbox.
