Well at the moment, i can't afford a good, high/low $150 HID kit. I just want a better bulb than normal halogens.

Now this is only my opinion but, v-LEDs is the best place to get hid led setup. I never trust a eBay store. Plus, if you care about quality and great customer service, go v-LEDs. Google them. Also on Facebook. Quality hid kit with ballasts n bulbs, 59.99 for awhile. Dont know about now. Also led setup instructions and walk through links for alot of problems. I just need a housing so I don't blind people... All my lights will be LEDs within a few months.
