i would like to but i dont know what im going to do about the vss sensor. i think im going to run a f- 150 8.8. the 8.8 from the f- 150 is more plug and play then a 9" would be. no modification to the drive line and it has the vss sensor and i would be able to use the drum on my current axle after i drill the axles to 5 on 4.5.

had one hell of a weekend. fixed my spring problem (watch the vid above and listen for a tuning fork noise). that noise is the coil spring making contact with the upper coil bucket every time the suspension compressing. i also repacked my bearings to get me by until i get new breaks.

this is my coil fix.

took advantage of the pic n pull sale weekend. i picked up a new fog light switch for a set of dust lights and a volvo relay block for my e fan. the e fan install is next on the list.

i have seen that but i sold the axle. its pretty trick. i also know of a local builder that has done that as well. im going on the look out for a f-150 or bronco 8.8 that has a vss and i dont have to mess with the drive line.

took the truck out for a little session. along with a few other guys and there truck.

truck looks really good! i was worried about my rear being to low on 35s with my new springs and then i read your post. i lowered my rear mount down like yours and i love the way it sits now..thank you

have you had any issuses with it like that?

btw camburg shackles are awesome, i got the mig welded ones.

^^ no problem glad it helped.

today i was able to spend a some time on the truck. i was able to take care of some little things. the major one being figuring out a way to make my front fender and hood flow together nicely. VVV as you can see its not so nice.

thank you.

the 9.5 axle has been sold due to the cost it would be to perform the swap. i have a couple lines on some f150/bronco 8.8 axles to swap in. going the FW 8.8 route will be cheaper and more of a plug and play kind of thing. i also sold the sway a way shock a couple years a go to be able to buy new tires.
